Sales is a crucial department for creating successful and sustainable growth, while also presenting the values and qualities of a company to current and potential customers alike. As a Sales Representative for TAIJI Medical Supplies, you will be responsible for rapidly expanding our presence in the non-woven, meltblown fabric industry.
Responsibilities:

Create and meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals, working closely with the C-level executives to set these for the company

Adhere to applicable regulations regarding the sales of meltblown, ensuring proper presentation

Establish strong, lasting relationships with primary entities in the manufacturing and meltblown fields

Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports

Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices

Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products
-
Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response

Establish a referral network with local and national businesses, maximizing value from those connections
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years in direct, outside, or B2B sales, including at least 3 years of experience related to meltblown material.

Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adjust quickly
