Sales Representative (Posted July 27, 2020)

Sales is a crucial department for creating successful and sustainable growth, while also presenting the values and qualities of a company to current and potential customers alike. As a Sales Representative for TAIJI Medical Supplies, you will be responsible for rapidly expanding our presence in the non-woven, meltblown fabric industry. 



  • Create and meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals, working closely with the C-level executives to set these for the company

  • Adhere to applicable regulations regarding the sales of meltblown, ensuring proper presentation

  • Establish strong, lasting relationships with primary entities in the manufacturing and meltblown fields

  • Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports 

  • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices

  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products

  • Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response

  • Establish a referral network with local and national businesses, maximizing value from those connections



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years in direct, outside, or B2B sales, including at least 3 years of experience related to meltblown material.

  • Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adjust quickly
